On this episode of #HopeatHome, we will be looking at the story of John. This hero's story started with an arrogant young man who even called for the destruction of entire Samaritan villages. Jesus was patient with him, allowing him the privilege of his presence which is the only thing that transforms. John served faithfully and delivered some of God's most powerful warnings. Through this story, we are able to see God's "long-suffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9 (NKJV) If God was patient with John, he is also patient with the racists and bigots of the world. We must pray and inspire people to get closer to Jesus so he can transform them.
