Easy and healthy breakfast recipe.
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Combine quinoa and water in a pot and bring to boil. Turn heat on low and cook covered for 15 minutes. Turn heat off and let set for 5 minutes and fluff with fork. Place in 2 bowls and top with suggested toppingsor favorites as desired. Serves 2
