Living Well #5 - Tofu Triangles with Alina Poenaru - S1E5
1 package Filo Dough
1 fresh onion finely chopped
2 packages of extra firm tofu, crumbled
1 cup Vegenaise
2 Tablespoons lemon uice
1 Tablespoon chicken style seasoning (Vegeta Natur)
2-3 Tablespoons dill weed or fresh dill.
Mix the filling ingredients together in bowl. Cut Filo dough in 3 lengths. Sprinkle oil on top sheet, place filling in a corner, count 3 to 4 sheets and start folding the way you fold a flag. Repeat with rest of dough. Brush each triangle with oil and bake at 350ºF for about 35-40 minutes.
